No Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

This No Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Music Mastery, including but not limited to online courses, digital programs, memberships, private coaching sessions, and subscription services.
By completing a purchase with us, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the digital and educational nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or services have commenced.

3. Delivery of Services

All services and digital products are considered delivered in full at the time access is provided or upon the start of the scheduled program or lesson.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product descriptions, schedules, and terms before completing a purchase.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error, or

  • Verified fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

Any such request must be submitted to hello@themusicmastery.com within 7 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Subscription Billing

For customers on recurring payment plans or subscriptions:

  • You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us before the next renewal date.

  • Cancellations apply only to future charges.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable, even if services have not yet been fully utilized.

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By purchasing any product or service from The Music Mastery, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy, and

  • Will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any transaction covered by this policy.
